My Last Concert at Jefferson High School was today. Things didn't go perfect, they never do, but they went pretty well and we had a good concert(albeit much longer than we expected.) And for the first time I genuinely good about my own playing. I'm glad that my parents came for this one in particular, it was perhaps the first time they actually heard ME playing up there. Yes, they've been to my High School Concerts in the past, but I've never really had any spotlight until nao. They've heard the US play as a whole band, but I don't think they've ever heard ME play as just a solo Sax, and I'm glad i finally got to do that. Not a bad way to go out if i do say so myself
